Matthew and Emily's Wedding

Matthew and Emily were married in a small private ceremony at St. Agnes Church. It was cozy and comfortable. They are such a cute couple and so much fun to photograph. Emily looked beautiful! A long time!

Wow! It has been way too long since I've blogged. I am excited that 2009 is here and that we should be getting our first big snow of the year tonight and tomorrow. My children can't wait.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on January 8th! Jason's sister and husband kindly cared for the children while we headed to Don Pablos in Newport to use one of our gift cards from Christmas. It was delicious!

I am looking forward to the weddings and portraits I have scheduled for 2009! I was checking out Martha Stewart Weddings online and saw the most beautiful white bouquets. I just love flowers! Here is my favorite. Notice the something blue in the bouquet. Check out this bouquet and others in the flowers section.

Kevin and Emily

These are some of my favorites from Kevin and Emily's wedding. What a great couple! "Urban" is the word Emily used to describe their wedding. After the lovely ceremony at Trinity Episcopal Church, the couple made their way to The Grand by carriage. The celebration began with a cocktail hour featuring a wine tasting. Dinner, dancing, bouquet toss, cake cutting and many special words said by those who offered toasts made this night special for Emily and Kevin. Congratulations to you and your families!

Pictures make great holiday gifts-But you need to hurry!

Everyone enjoys receiving recent pictures of family and friends for the holidays. If you have wedding pictures or portrait pictures we did this year and you'd like to order some for Christmas, no problem. If you want to have a photo session done, October and November are great months for that. Just be sure to place your order before Dec. 1st to ensure delivery in time for the holidays.

I've included my favorites of Christine and JP. We shot some pics of them this past summer, but had a second shoot last week for a fall look and feel.
